SUBSTITUTION POLICY
The product photos are for reference only as flowers are natural products, color may vary . Our florist would guarantee to keep our color scheme, size and shape of flower arrangement as our color shown in our website.
We always strive to ensure that the products are displayed accurately and accurately in the photos and descriptions displayed on this website. However, affected by the season and the import market, Simply Flowers HK may need to replace one or more flowers.
The variety of flowers and gifts we provide are the freshest and best-in-class flowers of the day. However, due to seasonal and market supply reasons, our florist should be replaced by the same/higher quality or similar color depending on the situation.
For small flowers and leaves, Simply Flowers HK reserves the right to make the necessary changes without prior notice. In order to ensure that your order is delivered on time, in case of temporary shortage, we will replace it with the same value or above without prior notice.
